Thank you for considering commissioning me! If you have any questions or concerns about some of the the TOS here please feel free to contact me at [email protected]. I will answer your questions the best I can.By commissioning me you are agreeing to have read and understood these terms.
I have the right to deny any commission/trade/request at any time.. You must be 18 or older to purchase from me.
. All commissioned work is for personal and privatized use. Unauthorized commercial use or profit is not allowed.Commissioner Rights:
You May:
Upload the image to facebook, twitter, instagram, etc. As long as credit it present in the description or my page has been linked/tagged
Resize/crop image for icon use.
Print for personal use.You may not:
Claim the artwork as your own.
Sell the artwork to make profit.
Repost without credit in any way.
Remove the watermarks/signature.
Edit/have the image edited.References:
During the discussion of your commission I require a digital reference. At least front and back views of a character.
I will not work off of traditional artwork/scanned images of your character.
If you have no visual kind of reference I unfortunately cannot accept your commission.Changes and Revisions:
. Works in progress are provided for any commission type.
. Once sketch is fully approved by the commissioner, I will not be making any changes. Additional changes can result in an additional charge.
. Don't hesitate to message me if you absolutely need a change to your commission. While I want you to be happy with the piece, big changes will result in additional charges.
. You have up to 1 month for a revision on your piece.
--SERVICE AND TRANSACTIONS:
I accept payments in USD, paypal / stripe / Kofi only.
. Invoices are preferred.
. All payments must be paid upfront before I begin your commission.
. Only exception will be if we have both agreed to a payment plan.
. Commissions will not be completed unless the payment is in full.Refunds:
. Refunds are provided if sketching hasn't been started.
. I also have the right to refund you by 30% if I get uncomfortable at anytime.Other:
Turn around time for commissions are 2 - 3 weeks, two months at most unless stated otherwise.
Please be sure to discuss with me before you send in your commission form/money.
In the commission form make sure to state that you want a SFW or NSFW piece before typing out your description.
If you absolutely need a deadline piece for a certain day tell me right away and make sure to commission me a week or two before the deadline. A 50% fee of the commission is included with this.
To make sure each piece if perfect I do take my time on artwork. Please do not ask for deadlines unless a few weeks in advance. If it's three days before I cannot accept them.
Asking for progress on your piece is perfectly fine. I will be happy to show what work I've done on your piece. Do not ask a few days after commissioning me. Make sure to check my queue, I have an order that I go in and I plan to work by.
